"I contacted Swain Pools by phone. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and friendly. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and she told me they would come out and do a consult and walk me through every part of the process. The owner himself came and walked over our property with myself and my husband. He should us options where to put a pool and the landscaping that would compliment the area around it. He showed us a wide variety of colors and materials we could choose from. He offered many shapes and sizes. We were amazed to see all the options. I must admit we called around to other companies but just did not feel as comfortable with them as we did with this company.. after we met with Jeff there was no doubt who would do our pool. We picked out all the shape, size and materials when he came back to make the final details with us. The day we were set to start they were on time and full crew and the process was seam less.
